A few steps through the vineyards or into the small hamlet of the winery, and the view changes completely, overlooking the Mugello or the Valdisieve, with a view of the distant hills that surround Florence. The most precious gem, the Vinsanto DOC made from Trebbiano grapes, takes over ten years to complete its journey. The same hills are home to the olive trees from which the extra virgin olive oil is pressed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8cdc23d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8cdc23d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04d0cb3 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"04d0cb3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aae7ba4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aae7ba4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Since 1992, the Lippi and Santoni families have been personally dedicated to producing wine and oil, fully respecting the landscape and nature. Always organic, both the wines and oil have been certified organic since 1999.<\/p>\n<p>The small medieval village where the winery is located also offers space for those seeking a farmhouse holiday, immersed in nature but with the wonders of Tuscan culture within easy reach.<\/p>\n<p>The beauty and tranquility of the place can be enjoyed thanks to the renovation of the old houses, each completely independent and with its own garden.
