Quelques pas \u00e0 travers les vignes ou jusqu&#039;au petit hameau du domaine viticole, et le panorama se m\u00e9tamorphose, dominant le Mugello ou le Valdisieve, avec les collines environnant Florence au loin. Le joyau le plus pr\u00e9cieux, le Vinsanto DOC \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de raisins Trebbiano, n\u00e9cessite plus de dix ans de maturation. Toujours issus de l&#039;agriculture biologique, leurs vins et leur huile sont certifi\u00e9s bio depuis 1999.<\/p>\n<p>Le petit village m\u00e9di\u00e9val o\u00f9 se situe le domaine viticole offre \u00e9galement un cadre id\u00e9al pour ceux qui recherchent des vacances \u00e0 la ferme, en pleine nature, tout en ayant les merveilles de la culture toscane \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.<\/p>\n<p>La beaut\u00e9 et la tranquillit\u00e9 des lieux se savourent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation des anciennes maisons, chacune ind\u00e9pendante avec son propre jardin.
