Frascole products

The Reds of Frascole

From Chianti Rufina DOCG to pure non-native varietals, our reds offer the diverse nuances and intensities of their native soil, perfect for everyday and festive dining.

Frascole

It's the photo in our passport. A sincere and authentic expression of the Sangiovese from our hills. Frascole is Frascole.

Red Bitornino

If you drink to… remember, this is your wine. Graceful and lively, it brings to mind snacks in the fields, bread and salami, and dinner in the farmyard. Frascole knows how to continue traditions.

Frascole Reserve

The Frascole's older brother. The most suitable grapes are used to produce a wine with greater structure and longevity, yet equally refined and faithful to its origins. Frascole Riserva is the expression of a mature Sangiovese.

Limine

A small plot dedicated to it stands at the peak of our land. Here the sun shines all day, but the altitude and cool breezes from Mount Falterona temper its power. Limine: mountain Merlot.

Vineyard at the Stele

The whites of Frascole

The north-facing vineyard on the coolest slopes of the hills is reserved for them. The pure Trebbiano is available in two versions, along with the everyday Bitornino and the non-native Traminer and Sauvignon.

White Bitornino

Made from Trebbiano grapes, this is a sincere and lively wine. It's a wonderful way to share moments of joy with family or friends. Frascole also embodies lightheartedness.

In Albis

It's Trebbiano, grown in the northernmost valley, facing Mount Falterona. In this land, always suited to this grape, it draws its minerality and flavor from its depths. Frascole Bianco, In Albis indeed.

In Albis on the peels

The juice of the Trebbiano grapes, along with its skins, now embarks on a journey lasting many days. A new story is born, beautiful and important. Frascole knows how to be like this too.

The Vinsanto of Frascole

From our vineyards, in the cool heart of the hills, comes a Vinsanto that defies time. Vinsanto di Fracole is the fruit of at least 10 years of slow maturation, a precious nectar that crowns our production.

Vinstanto

It's the child who amazes you, the one you think you don't deserve. Grapes harvested in September, concentrated by time and the four winds. Pressed in March, the nectar collected in small barrels, time passes and... Vinsanto by Frascole. Nature always knows what to do.

EVO oil

At the Frascole estate, we also produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil, organic like all our products. So good, once you try it, you can't live without it.

EVO oil

On the high hills, naturally grown olives, harvested and pressed the same day, yield an oil that we can only describe as excellent and indispensable. Olio di Frascole, an encounter that will change your life.
